Welcome to Relax N Go Station by Lixo!

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the pay-and-use massage-chair service (“Service”) provided by Lixo Healthcare Equipment Pvt Ltd (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) under the brand Relax N Go Station by Lixo. By using the Service, You (“User”, “You”, “Your”) accept these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “User” means any person who uses the Service.
• “Service” means the pay-and-use massage chair facility located at public venues (airports, shopping malls, etc.) provided by the Company under the brand Relax N Go Station by Lixo.
• “Venue” means the physical location where the Service is installed and offered.
• “Session” means one instance of use of a massage chair under the Service.
• “Payment” means the fee you pay as per the pricing at the Venue for use of the chair.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply whether You access the Service as a guest or via any account. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the updated version will be posted and will apply from the date of posting.

3. Use of Service

The Service is offered at designated Venues and designated hours, subject to availability. You must pay the applicable fee before commencing a Session. You agree to use the massage chair only for its intended purpose and follow all instructions. The Company may refuse access or terminate a Session for misuse or safety concerns.

4. Eligibility, Health & Safety

User discretion is required if You:

• Have serious medical conditions (heart issues, pacemaker, spinal injury, etc.).
• Are pregnant or have reduced mobility.
• Are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications.

The Company does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before use if necessary.

5. Payment & Refunds

Fees must be paid before starting a Session. Payments are non-refundable unless the chair has a technical issue at the start and it is reported immediately. Prices may change at company discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Service. Use at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Relax N Go Station by Lixo belongs to the Company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Conduct & Usage Rules

Users must follow hygiene rules, avoid misuse, and not damage equipment. Violations may result in penalties.

9. Termination of Service

The Company may terminate Service access for breach of Terms. Refunds may be offered only if termination is due to company equipment failure.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, You consent to data collection and usage.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
